Where is the blood draw?
At the laboratory at Oberallmendstrasse 20a, 6300 Zug, Monday to Friday; the laboratory contacts you to arrange the appointment. Blood draw room on the 4th floor. Bus to “Zug, Grienbach”, then a few minutes on foot; visitor parking in front.
Do I need to fast?
For most packages yes: nothing to eat for 10–12 hours, water is fine. Hormones ideally before 10 am.
Does health insurance pay?
No, the packages are self-pay. You receive a detailed invoice for your supplementary insurance. For acute symptoms, please see your GP via your health insurance.
How do I pay?
After booking, online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We then send the lab order to the laboratory in Zug, which contacts you to arrange the appointment.
Who sees my data?
Only the doctor and the laboratory. Medical confidentiality and Swiss data protection.
