Rescheduling
You can move your blood-draw appointment once free of charge, up to 24 hours before.
Cancelling before the blood draw
If you cancel more than 24 hours before, we refund the amount paid minus a CHF 50 handling fee.
Late cancellation or no-show
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment or do not attend, there is no refund.
After the blood draw
No refund is possible after the blood draw, as the laboratory costs have been incurred.
Validity
A paid package is valid for 3 months from payment.
Full refund
If we cancel the appointment, or if your current symptoms mean the visit belongs with basic health insurance, we refund the full amount.
